A Company, 20th Engineer Battalion

Looks like alot of potential here.

My time with the 20th was from late '67 to june of '69. I was in "A" Co. my last few months in country. We stayed in old french barracks just outside of Kon Tum. A quick question: I read a couple of references to Camp Weigt-Davis. I knew a stephen weigt who was kia on march 21 1969. Would this camp be named after him?
steve weigt was in the 585th le battalion.they were supporting us,or we were supporting them. I believe the 585th ran the rock crushing equipment, the 102nd engineers ran the asphalt plant, and we blasted, dug, and hauled the big rocks. on the night we lost steve,we also lost the asphalt plant. four days later,a new asphalt plant was in place, but instead of olive drab,it was air force blue
